Marlon Brando
Many might be surprised by Marlon Brando’s name in this context, given his image as a ladies’ man. Yet, in his later life, Brando opened up about having relationships with men. In a 1976 interview, he candidly remarked, “Homosexuality is so prevalent now that it barely raises eyebrows. Like many men, I’ve had homosexual experiences, and I feel no shame about it.”
He continued, “Public opinion has never greatly influenced me. If someone believes Jack Nicholson and I are romantically involved, let them. I find the notion entertaining.” Gossips over the years have hinted at connections between Brando and figures like Wally Cox, comedian Richard Pryor, and even Laurence Olivier.
