Snoop Dogg, previously Snoop Doggy Dogg, is an American rapper and media personality, born on October 20, 1971, in Long Beach, California. Snoop Dogg successfully made a name in the music world. Credits to Dr. Dre, he helped him rise to prominence and is now considered one of the wealthiest and most successful rappers from the 1990s’ music scene. Snoop Dogg has also participated in several films and television episodes throughout his career.

Outside of music, Snoop Dogg founded his own production company, called Snoopadelic Films, in 2005, and made some investments in the burgeoning cannabis business.
