ROGER FEDERER – $450 MILLION

Recognize the name? Even if you aren’t a fan of the sport, you’re likely to have heard of the athlete before. Roger Federer is ranked number 5 in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Aside from being one of the best players in its history, the number of endorsements he has had over the years have made him a familiar face all over the world and the first highest-paid athlete. To his credit, Roger has won over 20 Grand Slam singles titles—a record for male players in the sport.

Sadly, Federer barely played this 2020 season in tennis because of his undergoing knee-surgery. Is he planning on retiring soon? With $450 million, you’d think he might want to take things easy, but he is still actively playing and representing his country in tournaments. After he recovers from surgery, Federer is planning to make his return in the 2021 Australian Open.
