Perhaps his most admirable trait to date is his business-savvy mind. The Grease actor doesn’t only acquire luxurious properties for the sake of it, but he also considers them as a long-term investment. For instance, they sold their 2.35-acre home for a mindboggling $18 million, a property they previously acquired for only $3.5 million back in 1993. Now that’s quite a successful investment!
