RUPERT GRINT AND SIR DAVID WILKIE

Sir David Wilkie was born in Scotland in the year 1785. At an early age, he developed a love for art. His talent for it developed to such a degree that he became one of the most famous painters of his time. He’s known for painting portraits of the royals and was even given the title: Principal Painter in Ordinary to King William IV and Queen Victoria.

In one of his trips in the Middle East, he became one of the passengers buried at sea on Gibraltar’s coast. More than two centuries later, Harry Potter film star Rupert Grint was born and ended up looking almost exactly like him.
