BABY ON BOARD

Another dad and baby moment in the gym is this photo of a dad strapping his son to his chest as he lifts the weight and does squats. A workout is just a must and cannot be skipped for some gym rats.

And while Daddy does the squats and the lifting, the baby boy enjoys going up and down. This bonding can be a good time investment for both father and son. Wait a few years more when they both get to see this photo again.
