Patrick Leonard Sajdak, better known as Pat Sajak, was born and raised in Chicago. His grandparents were all Polish. He is a former newsman, disc jockey, television personality, actor, and game show host. Game show host Pat Sajak of Wheel of Fortune is a legend.
