Eldrick Tont “Tiger” Woods, known as an American professional golfer, was born on December 30, 1975, in Cypress, California to Earl and Kultida “Tida” Woods. Tiger Woods started learning golf before he turned two years old and shot a 48 over nine holes when he was three years old. Now he has won 18 World Golf Championships. When it comes to golf, many would argue that Tiger Woods still reigns supreme—despite his brush with controversy not too long ago.

Some credit goes to his excellent PR team, who helped make him a celebrity even after receiving much criticism when it came to his personal life. Of course, we cannot deny his talent as well. He has won almost every tournament he’s been in; cashing in at $43.3 million in 2017 alone! Not bad for someone who has been at it for years and still going strong. As of this writing, his net worth is closer to $900 million.
