Let’s give credit where it’s due: Serena Williams is arguably the top female tennis player in the world and considered to be the face of the sport for aspiring players around the globe. The athlete won her first Grand Slam singles title in the U.S. Open back in 1999, and her victories continue pouring in. Did you know she even had to beat her older sister, Venus, along the path to success? There’s certainly no bad blood between them!

We’re sure Venus is proud of her sister’s achievements, including being the only woman on Forbes’ 100 Highest Paid Athletes for 2017.
