Here’s one of our favorite Jacksons, the actress-singer Janet. Originally one of the members of the variety show The Jacksons in the late 70s, Janet was able to build a platform of her own. She built her career as a pop icon and was pretty successful in it as she sold over 100 million records. “That’s The Way Love Goes”, “Together Again”, and “All for You” are just some of her famous hits.

She also boasts of a $190 million net worth, with part of her wealth coming from her work as an actress. Needless to say, she’s miles away from bankruptcy!  The versatile Janet Jackson managed herself in making a fortune through the tireless efforts she put into her work. She did not once use her being a Jackson to build her success. Her net worth only represents a fraction of the hard work she has put in.
